** the most important thing to consider is that Kenmore Painters includes FREE paint with each job.the free paint we use is Behr paint. We do not offer this for any other brands. Only Behr. It is a high quality paint that we partner with. All we need you to provide is the paint color and we provide the rest.
EXTERIOR PRICING
Typical 1000 square foot single story ranch house would cost:
(1) color masking off windows etc. $2.25 square foot.. or $2225 Paint is FREE.

A (2) story house would be $2.75 a square foot.
* additional costs would be added for bump outs or dormers or split level roof areas.
If trim (window trim, facia,soffets, gutters, down spouts) needed to be painted the costs would be an additional:
$1.00 a linear foot for 1 story (0-10 ft)
$1.75 a linear foot for 2 story (10-20 ft)
$2.75 a linear foot for 3 story (20-30 ft)

garage door $125 per car
INTERIOR PRICING
Interior Pricing begins at $.75 CENTS per square foot of wall space. Walls or ceilings.
We OFFER YOU FREE PAINT. Included in our pricing.
